Cornwall’s Any Questions
Went to the Radio Cornwall ‘Any Questions’ event yesterday evening. Thought it was great that the group leaders agreed to be held to account in public forum but thought the result disappointing. On the ‘incinerator’, the silly old line that it was just about burning rubbish was trotted out again. It is actually about using waste as a fuel to produce electricity and heat – which could be used to warm homes locally and ease fuel poverty.
